Official Scoring Qwesshion

I had the same question. Since Able was out on a fielders choice, isn't Baker still the responsibility of Pitcher 1. Had the shortstop just played the grounder 6-3 to retire Baker, who is responible for Able's earned run?

Happened tonight in Detroit vs Seattle game. Original scoring charged both runs to Pitcher 2, but has now been revised to one run charged to both P1 and P2, with P2 getting the loss.

Fielders choices charge the run to the pitcher who is responsible for that guy scoring, so good call.

That is the game I was watching. I do not recall noticing this before.
