I have to go with Rich on this one. The FC removed the runner that Pitcher 1 allowed to reach. I don't see how they could charge Pitcher 1 for Pitcher 2's allowing Baker to hit the ball to the SS. #2 could have struck out Baker and Charlie, and then he would have given up no runs at all.
