Why not make the men and women fast pitch, pitching rule the same or the same as the ISA rule, the distance for women is fine at 43 feet across the board ASA 18, 18Gold, NFHS, and College, if you ask me. IMHO.

Since I don't believe ISA is played in Virginia, I doubt that is what you mean. I suspect you mean ISF.

You weren't real clear, anyway. I think you might support if you are saying loosen up the female pitching rule to match the men; if you mean make the men pitch like the women, whatever little men's fastpitch remains will disappear completely.

I've worked all season with the ISF-rules. Pitchers still try to gain some advantage and therefor have some IP's. And do I wonder?: They complain if it's seen and called!
