No complaining allowed

First one to complain about a single damn thing will be subjected to
  • Spam, both e-mail and "edible"
  • Vaseline in your indicators
  • Ben-Gay in your protective devices
  • Overtightened straps on your mask (especially those who don't check to be sure they are all right before you get to the field)
  • Runny shoe polish

Enjoy it for those of us who can't.

Welcome back, John.

By the way, you never responded when I asked you what the infamous "U-dub play" is.

What's wrong with edible Spam (registered trademark)?

Well...it is high in fat and other things not necessarily good for you, it is made of who knows what animal parts, and well.....other than that, I can think of nothing.

I don't know why I feel compelled to defend SPAM... maybe it's because the Hormel plant that makes it is in MN. Anyway, SPAM contains no random animal parts or meat byproducts. Its ingredients are pretty simple:
  • Pork shoulder meat
  • Ham
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Sugar
  • Sodium nitrite

It is high in fat and salt, but the meat itself is regular pork meat, nothing mysterious.

Exactly. The rat meat gives it that special taste zing but the sodium is what will kill you.

That Olympic spirit must be filtering down to Seattle, too.

One more word. Just one more word and you get to leave early. Do I make myself understood?
