If a coach is anywhere in live ball territory, they must not interfere with the defense's ability to make an out, even if they are in the coach's box.

If F5 was hindered by the bump with the coach, AND F5 had an opportunity to make an out, I'd have INT and an out. If there was no chance in hell that F5 could've made a play, then I've got nothing.

The key to this is recognizing the fact that the coach's box is not a sanctuary. They MUST still get out of the way of the defense, or they will risk getting an INT call.

If F5 had an opportunity to make a play on the runner, you would have made the right call if you called INT.

I haven't decided if I should call it from the dugout or the outfield. Apparently, both have really great views!

Screw green, it ain't easy being blue!

I won't be coming here that much anymore. I might check in now and again.

With the exception of being hit unintentionally by a thrown ball.
