Hey, it's Final Four weekend, the games are on ESPN and ESPN2, and not one post? Lacrosse refs must have lives or something.

Yea actually we do unlike most smart alec basketball officials I know.

I watched both the games, very good games, not muhc to really talk about or debate as the officiating was pretty good.

I guess the only thing besides the "dive play" I posted at lacrosseforums.com under "Rules of lacrosse" was the non-goal that Quint Kessinich (sp?) was insisting went into the goal and bounced straight out. He said it should be a goal, but I don't know how he could tell from the replay.

My take has always been that the rules require that the goals be constructed so the ball can't bounce straight out, so if it does--absent other visual evidence--it's not a goal.
