So long as the conference is done efficiently, I don't care how many coaches/managers come out. I wouldn't limit them to just one coach just because the book didn't include all possibilities.
Remember, during a defensive conference, the offense's coach can come out and talk with their players, so long as the defensive coach is still holding their conference. As long as the game is still moving along, I wouldn't sweat it.

Dave I haven't decided if I should call it from the dugout or the outfield. Apparently, both have really great views! Screw green, it ain't easy being blue! I won't be coming here that much anymore. I might check in now and again.
