 I post on a number of boards and I've said the same thing on them. I don't scream and yell. I try very hard to keep the players and coaches in the game. I always give them the the option of staying or going. They choose. I don't argue. I am willing to discuss what I saw. I will discuss rules, but the game continues. He can have his say and then its done.
