I was going to pull an EdJW, and 1) blast anyone who doesn't publish their rulebook on the internet, or 2) blast Tom for not looking it up, if it was on the internet.
Decided to research first, and discovered that the 2004 rule book is the latest available on the internet. Oh well, can't really blast anyone. Maybe we should take up a collection for AFA, since it appears they endorse having their rulebook online, but don't appear to have the resources to keep it up to date??

In my association, if you call 6 games, the association pays your ASA registration fee. Have him come to southern IN, we'll provide a book.
