AFA 10U baserunning rules

The latest AFA rule book I have is 2004. It has baserunning rules for 10U similar to ASA (don't see any mention of runners scoring on awarded bases, through).

Does the 2006 AFA rule book still have special baserunning rules for 10U?

If yes, how do they compare with ASA?

Can we take up a collection to get Tom a new rule book?

Ha!

I haven't registered AFA since 2004, and someone locally asked me the question (since they knew I was once registered AFA).

I was going to pull an EdJW, and 1) blast anyone who doesn't publish their rulebook on the internet, or 2) blast Tom for not looking it up, if it was on the internet.

Decided to research first, and discovered that the 2004 rule book is the latest available on the internet. Oh well, can't really blast anyone.

Maybe we should take up a collection for AFA, since it appears they endorse having their rulebook online, but don't appear to have the resources to keep it up to date??

In my association, if you call 6 games, the association pays your ASA registration fee. Have him come to southern IN, we'll provide a book.
