Baserunning

Bases loaded. Batter hits ball to right center. runner from second rounds third but decides to go back to third. Runner from first rounds third and sees runner from second coming back to third. Runner from first fails to touch third on her going back to second. Is this an appeal or his she out for not touching third.

If you are talking high school then it is an appeal in 49 states. It is an appeal in other organizations.
