How do you handle the following - heated dispute over a certain call. Coach goes to far and is ejected. He then says the magic word, "Protest" regarding the way a rule is being carried out.
Do you hear his protest, log it in the book, and then send him on his way? Do you tell him he's wasting his minute he has to vacate the field? Do you tell him to vacate the field and have his assistant come out to complete the protest? Other?
