Deceitful act

I agree...but..

NFHS rules states on page 39, Rule 3.6.13...and I quote
"Unsporting acts shall not be committed,including, but not limited to":

b)" .....Deceitful tactics, or baiting....."

c) Behavior in any manner not in accordance with the spirit of fair play.
