Man how things have changed. Last year was my 1st year as a carded Baseball umpire. I have been involved in baseball my whole life I'm 50 now. Last year I did every level 6 year olds to 18 year olds....

Over throw at 1st
Ok good morning. Here is my question:
We have a bang bang play at 1st B1 beats the throw from F6 then the throw goes out of play. Should B1 get 3rd?? U2 gave him 2nd and there were no complaints....

This is clearly U2's call as he was in the correct postion to see any tags which he has to call. The problem was there was no call. With a play like this you have to sell your call right or wroung....
