In Illinois we pay $40 for the 1st sport licensed...

In Illinois we pay $40 for the 1st sport licensed in and $15 for each sport after that. I pay between $40 and $50 for my associations.

Sounds like you are in line with what we do here.

I don't see any problem with this. It is really no different than an audible at the LOS. The defense should stay alert for play changes and we as officials should not bail them out when they guess...

I never worry about numbering in sub-varsity contests. Most schools do't have enough uniforms and many times the kids are playing both offense and defense.
