Correctable Error or Bookkeeping Mistake

I believe that counting a goal as a two points in error is a "Bookkeeping mistake" and therefore can be corrected at any time until the referee approves the final score.

I have had a great time this year umpiring baseball while using a small video camera (available on line for 10-12 bucks) in my hat. I have also used a pair of sun glasses with a video camera in them....
