FIBA vs College rules differences summary/list

Given new rules in FIBA came into affect in Oct 2018 I was wondering if there was a current "differences between FIBA and NBA/college" document anywhere that is current.

I only officiate in FIBA...

I was glad to see that the common consensus is to look at the rule as someone trying to manipulate for and against points in a tournament etc.

I dont see why in the example you described, after foul is blown why 17.2.6 applies. This is a foul, dead ball, throw-in nearest point scenario not an invalid field goal.

That was my view, I have since interpreted awarded free throws from 50.3 to mean T, UN,Disqualified free throws and then it is consistent again.
