Another batting out of order question

Using B1-B9 for batting order,

Little league rules. B4 makes 2nd out. 2 outs and B8 comes up(skips B5,B6 and B7) and makes 3rd out. Nobody catches this. Next time they come up, coach comes out and...

high collarbone protection

I also have taken out the shoulder pads under the hard shell. Have taken shots there with zero impact. I also love the collar bone protection if adjusted properly.
