Another batting out of order question

Using B1-B9 for batting order,

Little league rules. B4 makes 2nd out. 2 outs and B8 comes up(skips B5,B6 and B7) and makes 3rd out. Nobody catches this. Next time they come up, coach comes out and says that they batted out of order and asks "who's up" I put B9 up. Rght or wrong?

You see. When coaches and scorekeepers can't do their simple part, it makes things difficult for us.

I have to say you did b/c the next pitch occurred although it was the other team who took the next pitch. Play 5 under 6.07 has the exact play. B9 is up to bat the next inning.

Thanks fellas!

Because another pitch was not thrown to the same team yet, I had a bit of doubt. Thanks again
