NFHS Rules
With the score tied in the last inning and 2 outs, the home team has bases loaded. The batter draws a walk. R3 touches home, R2 advances to 3rd but R1 & the BR do not touch their bases...

Is this a correct ruling?
Ground ball to F6, throw to F3 pulls F3 off the bag towards the plate. Batter-Runner avoids contact and goes past 1B without touching the bag. The B-R was able to keep both feet in the running lane....

What's the call?
I was observing this game....
Runner on third standing 3 feet in foul territory catches a fly foul ball before the third baseman can get to it. Foul probably would have been caught by F5.
