There are two teams, either offense and defense.

A foul is either beyond or behind the basic spot.

All fouls by the offense and the defense are enforced from the basic spot BUT ONE: fouls by the offense behind the basic spot are enforced from the spot of the foul.

Now can you answer your own question?
