Starting the clock after change of possession

For your other question, there is no changing of the timing rules based upon time remaining like there is in the NFL.

Additionally, if say, there is an interception (by B), and that team then fumbles the ball back to the other team (team A), team A would get a new series and the clock would start on the ready for play.
