I have personally worked games with scores of:
66-54
82-46 (gamed stopped with 9:45 left due to losing coach not wanting to continue)

Other games just this year in Kansas:
93-60
82-0 (possibly a halftime score)
70-8 (possibly a halftime score)
70-0 (possibly a halftime score)
68-0 (possibly a halftime score)
another 68-0 (possibly a halftime score)
58-40
80-71
60-44
90-40
50-48
68-52
64-42
68-56
78-76

By the way, these are all 8-man games.

I also worked a long game this year. It took about 3:05. There were no weather or injury delays. The half took only 20 minutes and the score was only 36-34. TV games can be long.
