Here is what I pre-game:

3-Whistle...

If I "T" up a Coach I will administer the FTs. (It gives me something to do rather than just standing there opening myself up to something)

If I "T" up a player I will talk to the Coach during the FTs.(If I "T" a kid...I should have no problem at all explaining the reason to a Coach)
