So on the follow-thru if a players hand and arms extend out past the vertical plane but a player runs by and hits his arm while he's airborne, this is a foul. But if it's the foot or leg, we just let it go?

I have seen it called a few times. In my HS school games I have not seen this much to the extent that a PC was warranted but I have seen a few flops with extending the leg and flopping to make it look like a foul on the defender. |

Got away with it and ended up with a 4 pt play. Just happened with a few seconds left in 3rd quarter. |
