Thanks, ccrroo. I know first hand how time consuming and frustrating coaching can be on all fronts. Like officiating its often a thankless job. But we all do it for a reason. I'm always glad to offer any input to someone who wants to learn or get a different perspective. Don't worry about the complaining. Refs are a defensive bunch b/c of all the crap we get but I understand. Glad to see you seeking out info and let me know if I can be helpful in any way.

I wanted to say thanks for your comments. They are helpful.
We certainly live in a time where coaching resources are overwhelming. I spend much of my free time learning as much as I can (my hobby). I've added this website as one more way to learn (if I don't antagonize everyone by coming off as a complainer of all refs -- lol).
(also, I didn't post this to the thread because I'm ready for that thread to fade away -- along with all my complaining)
