However, the usual pre-game shenanigans that mean a bench technical, 10-4-1i mentions only "Grasping either basket except to prevent injury; dunking or stuffing, or attempting to dunk or stuff a dead ball." Therefore, when putting those two things together, it seems that Article 3 does not apply to the pregame activities and your high-flying pregame warmer-uppers are ok doing that. Unless they're wrecking stuff--then it's a site administrator issue. That's off the top of my head. Or has my attempt at reason missed something else obvious?
