A=DEFENSE B=OFFENSE
hello just need a clarification on when slapping the backboard is a technical. during a game this past weekend my partner called a basket interference on the defense from his position as the lead offial for slapping the backboard while the ball was in flight. the shot was an airball, we talked about it over at the time and he was adamant that he was right so i gave in but i think by rule this should have been a technical and not a goaltend if anything. thanks tim
