Thanks for posting.
I watched this play live and saw the crew discuss the play. Unfortunately the crew decided to inbound the ball at the endline closest to where the foul occurred (which the clip doesn't show). With a DBTF, the ball should've been put in play at the division line. |

Perfect example of a dead-ball (ball entered hoop but not yet at the disposal of the throw-in team) contact technical foul.
And other posters are correct that the ball should be put in play at the division line. |
