I answered False on the exam. The key stated it was True.

That's an absolutely horribly written question, from a logic perspective. That technically states that the official is to EITHER hand OR bounce the ball for all throw-ins - and that for throw-ins following a goal or awarded goal on the end line, the official is to deliver the ball by some means other than handing OR bouncing.

I would imagine this is one of those questions, however, that is partially taken verbatim from a manual, though. Is that the case?

I have no issues with how the question is written...the answer is just plain wrong.

The question is identical to the rule, with the exception of "or awarded goal."
