Evaluations
I am an athletic administrator and I am looking for a very brief form that officals could fill out after games to rate three people:
Game Administrator Clock Keeper Book Keeper I don't want this to be something that is a pain to fill out. Maybe just circle 1-5 ratings (poor, below average, average, above average, excellent) and then have a place for comments. What are some categories I should use? |

1) Professionalism 2) Fluid replacement availability (Water) 3) Towels 4) Appropriate Dressing Facility 5) Escort to and from Court 6) 3-Min warning at half-time 7) Correct Attire at table 8) Un-biased attention at table ...these are just a few more specific areas rather than catagories. Others will follow...

harmbu, I think it's a great idea that you're doing this.
Since you are obviously concenred about the reputation your school has with officials, I would just add don't underestimate the facilities that you provide for your officials. Things like a private room to dress and shower in, an escort on and off the floor, not being lockied out of the lockerroom are just a few things that are important to officials. Quote:

In Addition ...
Player uniform numbers in numerical order in, at least, the home scorebook.
