I won't "report" these to the table, but I will name the violators to the coach, if politely asked.

Technically we "report" to the table, I dont "report" to coaches.

I'm learning that when we tell the story to the table/coach/players, if we provide details the first time, then we dont have the table/coaches/players asking for additional information.

And one other detail: Make sure you report to the CORRECT coach. I did that last week. Oops.
