OOB?
This is a violation if A1 is out of bounds and A2 is in-bounds. If A2 is also out of bounds, this hand-off is legal only after a made or awarded basket.

Twists And Turns ???

How about a handoff from inbounder A1, who's hands are on the inbounds side of the boundary line, to defensive player B1, in other words, B1 just grabs the ball out of A1's hands?

Inbounds side: Legal
OOB side: Technical foul against defender.
Starts inbounds and continues OOB, two sets of hands on ball: Held ball. (Bonus point, does the arrow switch if it's an APTI)?
