Many of us here have admitted to never having called this violation, and an NBEer gets its twice in a week?

It's the third time Dwight has been called for it. His first violation came on a Christmas day game. It's not as if the call came as a surprise to Dwight as he and the Orlando Magic have been warned from the League previously that he was taking too long.

Two games in a row ought to serve as a warning for the playoffs. We'll see.

Most of us I am sure never get close to having to ever call this. I have only been involved in a game once where this was even an issue and my partner called it appropriately. Then every time I see him I give him crap about it (we still find it funny). But that does not mean that he was wrong, just something we never see regularly or even have to fight with ourselves to make this call.
