That case book plays says there's no indication that time has expired. That's why that case book play is applicable.

No, it's not.

If the fans rushing the court don't delay the game, there's no T. In the OP, time expired before / as the fnas rushed the court. There was no delay (delay here is NOT a delay in starting the OT, but in preventing the other team from inbounding the ball).

Gota agree with bob here. You cant really asses a delay when there's no time left on the clock(also the score board states an obvious victor). Just a bad idea to T the fans at this point. Will NOT work out in your favor

I only recommend calling a T on the fans if it is a double T and both teams already have 10 fouls.
