Explain the difference between a taunting penalty and a celebration penalty.
Also tell me the penalties for both.

Did you see the 49ers Owens dance on the star at Texas Stadium last week? That's taunting. If a high school player in NC did that, he would be ejected and suspended for one game.

Celebration is exactly that, celebrating. When does a celebration become taunting? When the celebration is meant to offend, bait or embarass an opponent, it becomes taunting.
