We have the inbounder with the ball at the spot (or out onto the floor if it's a tableside sideline throw-in).
The other officials are at the top of the keys (30) or on the blocks (60). I have some partners who, for some reason, have a hard time remembering the difference between 2-person and 3-person in this particular mechanic. No idea why.
