Its common practice around here to warn then remove & replace.

Your first clue that they were wrong should be "fan site".

It is not a T;however, here they are considered part of the officiating "team" and should not voice opinions about calls, etc. - pro or con. They can be replaced if it is deemed that their behavior is inappropriate. I have never replaced any table personnel but I have had to warn them.

It shouldn't be a technical foul. That doesn't mean, however, that one hasn't been called by someone somewhere.

Exactly. Explain that the table must be neutral, otherwise they will be removed.
