Situation Reversed

What if the clock started before the ball was touched? The inbounder rolls the ball and the clock is started before you chop and the player picks the ball up, 1 dribble then the horn sounds? Can you put time back on the clock? Go back and replay from the inbounds with 4 seconds on the clock? What would be the proper procedure for handling this?
