Final two minutes of the game with the clock running. A has the ball and is up by 3 points. 1st and 10, Come to the line and as we have a false start on A.

After the penalty do you start the clock on the chop in or on the snap of the ball?

The original post said the clock was running. Isn't that all we need to know?

Run the clock after the penalty is marked off unless the R has reason to believe they are committing a flase start to intentionally consume time.
