Tell me if I kicked it...
B1 was dribbling in his backcourt and saw an opportunity to pass the ball ahead. At the last second he changed his mind, but the ball had already come out of his hands. Because he held back so much at the end of his pass, the ball only went about 4 feet ahead of him.
With A1 and A2 coming for the ball, B1 reached out and tipped the ball ahead to a teammate before anyone else got a finger on it. So, B1 passed it and then was the first the touch it after the pass...but the touch was only a tip. I called a violation. Did I make the right call?
