Violation or not?
A1 scores a basket...
B1 goes to retrieve the ball and fumbles it, still inbounds. B1 trys to grab again and has one foot in and one out, fumbles again. B1 steps inbounds, one foot in, the other up, fumbles it again and finally secures ball and tosses to team mate. This is close to case play 9.2.2.2c but she really never had control of the ball for a throw in. 4th quarter, two top rated teams in state, less than 5 point margin. What do you have?
