Any difference?

a) Bench personnel A9 (in uniform) leaves the bench area when a fight may break out.
b) Bench personnel A9 (not in uniform) leaves the bench area when a fight may break out.
c) Bench personnel A9 (team manager in sweater) leaves the bench area when a fight may break out.

Which would incur team technical for 'adding to book'?
