Player under the basket, ball is shot upwards through the basket from below, clears the top of the rim, and comes back down through the basket.

I remember seeing it at a camp once - it was a reverse layup attempt that was partially blocked. The only reason I remember it was most us on the sidelines did not see the defense tip the ball, so we were wondering why the ball was being given back to the offense for the throw-in. Once the official who made the call came by and explained what he saw, we all went, "Oohhhhhhhhhhhh...ok".

I don't remember ever seeing it in a sanctioned game though.

I've called it, but only because a pass went off someone's head and then the ball went up through the bottom. The ironic thing was I didn't see who's head it hit (and knowing who to give the ball to). But, then the guy rubbing his head amounted to a clue, so I figured we'd go off that.

Soon as the ball goes from the bottom of the basket thru the basket, its a violation. BALL IS DEAD IMMEDIATELY.
