Clearly a flagrant call, no doubt.

But, it seems on this one they could have blown the whistle sooner and avoided an ejection and a potential serious injury. Both players had been tangled for several steps with plenty of contact before the WWF move happened.

I only saw the replay, and I am missing context. Maybe they really were tangled up and the refs were letting them get untangled.
