This pretty much wraps it up for me. I introduce myself with my first name during pregame; if anyone ever gripes about another coach using my first name I'll just reply with "I told you my name too, Coach. You can use it if you like." Besides, there's more than one "ref" on the floor. How else will you know which one they want to get their "T" from?

Coaches are "Coach" to me, but this is because I'm brutally bad with names.
