For me thats just not true. I know how to warm up and stretch. The standing around does impact me in a not so good way. I stretch, jump rope, use elastic bands. Then I go stand around while the players are warming up.

Like I said earlier I'm thinking of doing the run along the sidelines thing before tip off, no matter what NFHS says.
