P.S. Got your PM and email. Thanks. I have met Ed at previous IAABO Fall Intepreters' Meetings. I have emailed him in the past and he was prompt in getting back to me. I remember the days when I could pick up the phone and call Hank Nichols or the late Dick Schindler (and have met him at IAABO Fall Intepreters' Meetings also) and get at ruling from them right then and there. The would take the time to discuss the rule.
