foul during throw in
team A has a spot throw in near mid court. A2 sets an illegal screen for A3 before the ball is thrown in bounds. the foul make it the 7th foul for team A , does B shot the 1 and 1? i was wondering if we have team possession if the ball is not thrown in yet.
