Here is a fundamental I would use. If it aint OOB then it must be in bounds.
The only times ball is OOB (see 7-1-2) touches player who is OOB, touches person, floor, or object on or outside boundary, the supports or back of backboard, the ceiling, overhead equipment, or supports, or passing over a rectangle backboard... It's not one of these, it must be in and legal. |
